How do I know my parcel is in the locker?

Order storage period is 2 days.
To extend it, please contact technical support by phone number: Once the order is placed by courier, you will receive a sms notification with the address of the parcel locker and storage time.

Didn’t receive an SMS with the pickup code?

Your order may not have been placed in the postamat yet. As soon as the order is placed, you will receive an SMS-notification. Or contact technical support

I accidentally deleted the SMS. What should I do?


It is possible to restore the code on the screen of the parcel locker. To do this, you need to:
After clicking on the "Receive" button, click on "Restore code";
Then enter the phone number that was specified when placing the order;
After that you will receive a new SMS-notification with the receivement code.
